Hines Global Summit
The Hines Global Summit brought together guests from across Europe. Over the course of three days, four exclusive events were hosted across four distinct locations. Alongside the full on-site organization, bespoke afternoon activities were curated to give guests an authentic Berlin experience.

Leading the project, I oversaw the client relationship from the first site inspection through to post-event wrap-up. My role included location scouting, managing F&B concepts, coordinating AV requirements, artist booking, shuttle logistics, budget management and set design. I also supervised the alignment of all departments, and ensured that all moving parts came together — from the first setup call to the final guest leaving.
